Process and stages

1 - PRELIMINARY PHASE: YOU AND YOUR CONSULTANT COACH - 1 HOUR

We share the elements of ethics and confidentiality, create a relationship of mutual trust and clarify your needs and expectations. We present the approach and tools used.

2 - DECISION TO WORK TOGETHER & SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT
3 - ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS - THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE SUPPORT WITH A CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMME - YOU AND YOUR CONSULTANT COACH (FACE-TO-FACE OR VIDEOCONFERENCE) - 14 HOURS

The programme and methods will be tailored to your needs and developed together:

An investigation phase
  • get to know your interests and motivations better
  • identify your skills and pinpoint your strengths and transferable skills
  • identify your fears or limiting beliefs when faced with change
  • measure the gaps between acquired skills and job requirements
  • confront the project with market reality and test its viability
  • develop one or more alternatives
A conclusion phase
  • present a summary of the work done
  • draw up an action plan to implement it
